Photographs are deceiving

Booked at Orbz Hotel on booking.com based on photographs which looked nothing like the venue. It was dark and dingy. Parking was very far away at the Spar far behind the hotel. Not safe to be walking late at night after conference dinners. We drove away. We were looking for accommodation in Cape Town at 7pm at night. We require a full refund as we did not pay for what was advertised.
