3 Months paying, items still not shipped

I ordered a Sphero robot from Orbotix.<br> <br> I first payed by credit card and a week later was told my order was cancelled due to non payment. I then reordered and payed using paypal.<br> <br> Now 3 months down the line after the money was taken out of my account I still have not received even shipping information.<br> <br> Customer care keeps coming up with excuses that I have not confirmed my order(Have an email that says order is confirmed) and then that there was a software glitch. <br> <br> They promised expedited and upgraded shipping a month ago - still nothing.<br> <br> It is starting to feel like my money has been ****** by a big american company
