Ordering and exchange of rings

I would like to thank everyone at orbit for a great customer service, including the courier company that was very efficient. I ordered 2 rings for him and her and they came looking perfect and just as i had pictured them. My ring fit snuggly while my husbands ring was a-bit lose and i needed to size down. The exchange process was effortless and seamless with no hassles, received the new ring within 1 day of filling the form for exchange. Thank you very much orbit gor making our day. WE love our rings.
