RE-PRINT OF CERTIFICATE

good day i have app**** for the re-print of my certificate on the 13/08/2018 and was assisted by the lady called Rene Botes.but even now i havent received any feed back from the school or any update regarding them.i have sent a query again on the 02/07/2019 wanting to find out why havent i received any feed back and all they did is CC each other on my email,posting the 1st email and no respond again.on the 14/08/2019 i sent another email saying if they dont get back to me i will take the matter further as it has been a year now and thats when Thandeka Kekana and Mathilda Visser responded my email by asking my ID number which i provided them with,even after respond i havent received any feedback that why i took it upon myself to look for further assisted. i am very disappointed on the College as i was enjoying learning there.and the qualification i obtain from them but these services am getting now is really disapointing,
