Poor service Orbit Motors

I was referred to Orbit Coachworks via my Insurance as it was in an accident. I have now been back to them to fix the rubber on the hatchback door 3 times. Every time I have to take off from work to go back. Now the lights at the hatchback door fell out and a day after this the lock fell out. This is seriously not acceptable. Don't even want to phone as the reception lady extremely rude and obnoxious. I would like them to fix this door once and for all and grant me a courtesy car. And this from ORBIT!? You don't deserve carrying the name ORBIT!!
