Debt Solutions

<p>Good day. We were under debt review, and we got this company Orap Debt Solutions to help remove the flags against our name, the process was suppose to take approx 5 weeks and it is almost 7 months that we had no success with this company. I asked the contact person to refund my money after all these months and excuses, which she confirmed and said it won't be a problem. It has been 3 months since she said she will refund my money, but still no success. Every time i contact her regarding the refund she comes up with an excuse. She promised us that she will help us but she didn't stick to her promise and then she promised to refund us but still no success. I told her i need the money for my studies. Kind regards Debbie</p>
