Pathetic Service From Orange Toyota Welkom
A vehicle service booklet get take out of the vehicle, it then gets serviced and they will the replace the book. Well I noticed that the booklet is not in the vehicle a couple of months later, the vehicle had to be serviced and a annoying rattling noise had to be sorted out, for the third time since I bought the vehicle new. The vehicle has 20000 km on the odometer. Well coming back to the service book. I phone them 4 times over a period of 4 weeks, a promise was made that someone will call me back. But nothing happened, when I called again requesting to talk to the service manager they told me that I will be going through after the call was confirmed with him, he did not take the call, I then requested to talk to the principal dealer, but exactly the same thing happened. People a friendly warning, stay away from Orange Toyota Welkom, you will regret ever doing business with them.
