Have not REFUNDED my R 4750

<p>I made a booking at Orange Farm Guest House in August 2016 and paid in FULL . Our travel plans changed so I cancelled well within the cancellation period and asked for a full refund. I sent various emails and sms's to the business email address and cell phone number on their website. I then proiceeded to leave a message on their Facebook page and send a message via Facebook Messenger . I received a message back as follows ...." Hi Mich, Bruce does not have the Guest House anymore I do not know about anything. Can you please send your number to me so that i can call you otherwise you can call me ********** 446, signed Best Regards ORANGE VALLEY GUEST FARM , NEW MANAGEMENT " I did call and Charmay ( not sure of the spelling) gave me her email address and told me to email everything and she would see what she could do as they are the new owners. I kind of got the feeling that she was not taking responsibility. I emailed several times , posted several times on Facebook and Facebook messemger requesting my refund . They are completely ignoring me , not a single response exept on their facebook page to say they would have honored our reservation had we arrtived ! Therefore they should be honoring our refund regardless if the peopl;e managemnt have changed . I am dealing wit the registered establishment Orange Valley Guest Farm ! </p>
