Orange Tag - Terrible Hair Salon!

<p>Noticed Orange Tag Hair & Beauty Salon's special on Groupon.co.za for a cut and brazillian. Called and enquired whether they used the brazillian treatment I specifically wanted. Desre the owner confirmed she had the specific treatment over the phone but upon arriving she only used one other brand. The "Salon" is set in a garage with loose brick paving as the flooring, whilst the place looks rustic, one can live with but not only was the place dusty and dirty but smelt like dog / cat poo. Her towels, scissors and straightening iron were disgustingly dirty that, so dirty that the iron pulled at the hair whilst she was ironing it - a black noticeable blotch on the iron was the result of that - she tried cleaning it but it stuck there so she just carried on. She cannot cut hair! Had over an inch cut off at the back - She cut the hair whilst it was dry and only wet the ends. Goodness the hair was so unevenly cut and noticeably so, with long strands poking out which she should have noticed and fixed when she finished ironing it straight. I did'nt notice at first as most of the cutting was at the back of the head. Didn't want to be rude at the experience at the time as I think I was quite shocked and well wanted to give her a chance "benefit of the doubt" so your place is dirty maybe I could look past that, maybe you're excellent at what you do. But when I got home and my hair is chopped like a blind person did it then flip you should not be in business! Couldn't even run my fingers through my hair! 1. A brazillian none the less should leave your hair soft to the touch no matter which brand you use! 2. One's experience at a Hair Salon should leave you feeling the****udic and good about yourself. But with Orange tag at 1 Lunar Lane, Solheim, Primrose - you will feel disgusted, disappointed and dirty! </p> <p>What a terrible experience!</p>
