very bad bad service I don't recommend anyone to do business with them

I sent an email to *** to cancel their contract because I did not sign for it, but it will be debited from my bank account, and they advised me that they won't be able to assist me I must go back to the dealer. How am i going to the dealer but the insurance is taken under my ID number? *** this is the email address I got a response from and Dineo If there will be any debit order from my account, I will take this matter further every cent taken you will pay it.
