Orange owl /Crystal Fusion

I had a chip on the 27 of December 2024 call them with no answer, then the chip now ran into a crack after some day send them the mail on that same day of the 27 to alert them of my chip . January when i came back from the holidays went to the dealer where i bought my car to speak to the finance lady who told me about that product she then told me that oh maybe they closed for holidays then she said she will contact them but after she did thy came back and said the don't fix crack now my question is it was a chip when i still tried to get hold of you after few weeks its a crack no one is taking responsibility of this crack thy tell me that the finance lady was supposed to explain to me correctly how orange owl work which she never did when i bought my car .

according to me the finance lady is selling something she herself doesn't understand then orange owl take money for this product which they know very well that when they closed and you get a chip its not they problem .they scrammed me
