Orange Launderette destroyed my expensive Sneakers

I would like to give a review about a bad experience I got from a Laundering business called Orange Launderette in Pietermaritzburg and Scottville. I took my expensive pair of sneakers (Gucci) for washing, I specifically gave an instruction to hand wash them and they didn’t do that, instead they destroyed them and they are teared. When I complained, all they told me is they will give me a washing voucher. How is this going to help me fix my R8500 pair of sneakers? Please help, the manager there was not very helpful, instead he told me that me sneakers are old and they won’t replace them, basically my sneakers are beyond repairs and they won’t help. I would like an advise on how I can handle this. This business in in Pietermaritzburg, I was here for holidays and today 06 Jan 2020, I am going back to Gauteng where I live
