rotten milk

I bought Orange Grove long life milk from Pick n Pay begging of December this year and it was 3 packs(18). The milk is totally off when we use it on our cereal and we kept on trying the whole pack thinking it is only few that had a problem but it turned out all the milk we bought had a problem. When I check the expiry date it is the 07/07/2018. Therefore there is nothing wrong with the expiry date it is the milk itself that is faulty. I then phoned Orange Grove and I spoke with Chantel she confirmed that there is something wrong with the batch and they advised the shops to remove it from the shelves and she promised me that I will be compensated. I even explained to her that even my corn flakes were ruined because of the milk. I had to take my daughter to the doctor and we suspect that she got allergic to the milk. Chantel then sent the driver to my house, but to my surprise the driver had only one pack of milk(6) with him. The driver forced me to take the milk and I refused and he was very rude towards me. I am extremely disappointed with Orange Grove and I have tears in my eyes as I am writing this by the way Orange Grove disrespected me. I am angry and I cannot express how angry I am right now. I need Orange Grove to sort this out.
