Pathetic fresh cream - chantelle is rude

Bought fresh cream that was STINKING, couldn't even attempt to taste if the product was sour. Called Chantelle at their office, she was rude and unhelpful and insisted that it wasn't their fault. The manager at Checkers couldn't believe that such a terrible product was on their shelves, he pulled them all off.
