Damages to my car not paid by the company.

Last year (31 Aug. 2015) I was involved in a car accident with a delivery truck from Orange Grove Dairy when their driver failed to stop at a traffic light and give way to oncoming traffic before turning on Saint John' Avenue. After being sent from post to pillar regarding my claim, I was eventually directed to the \right person\" Bilaal Ebrahim who appeared to be helpful at first. But soon after he turned out to be a dead end as well, requesting my details, with promises of getting back to me and keeping me in the loop with regards to the claim, which didn't happen. lately when I call, it's damn near impossible getting hold of Bilaal Ebrahim through his rude receptionist who usually tells me he's busy or out of the office and then drops the phone at times. I currently don't have a car since it written off at the site of the accident."
