attacked by 5 men with knifes at ORANGE COVE B&B

ORANGE COVE GUESTHOUSE IN DURBAN, my dad was attacked and ****** on Saturday 29th August 2015, @ 5am. five guys broke down the room door and attacked him with knives...we have a case number, the owners are now saying that they will not reimburse my dad for any of his belongings...this is unsafe for anyone to stay at, I don't care how many awards they got for being the best in the business the least they could do is replace his things, because it could have been worst. - please help!
