Terrible Service!! Left outside a club at 2am

I booked a cab with Orange Cabs and got confirmation. I have used them before so I trusted that I would be fetched. When the time came to be fetched there was no driver around. so I phoned him and asked where he was, and he asked me if I was in Cape Town. so I said no, Bedfordview. So he said no hes around the corner. half an hour later still no driver. So I asked a stranger for a lift home, thankfully got home safely, only to get a call from the driver at 4am!!! my booking was for 2am. Terrible service. unreliable
