School transport not provided after payment

I have been ****** by the abovementioned driver of Orange CABS. He has been transporting my son to school mornings and afternoons since April 2015 but suddenly vanished now in July and switched off his phone. This happened after I have already paid him the money upfront for the month of July. After numerous phone calls, he switched off his phone and a few weeks later sent an sms asking me who am I as he has lost his phone. from the day the schools opened on 20 July, he had not come to transport my son. This is a very bad reflection for orange cabs. This is pure theft / *******.
