Bad service / inconvenience

I booked an Orange cab for Midrand to OR Tambo on the morning of 27/7/2015. The driver (Prince) did not pitch up, I tried to call him 3 times he was not even answering. Unprofessional. I phoned the call center and they sent another driver 20 minutes later. I ended up missing my flight, had to postpone my meeting and book the next flight and there was penalty fees. Orange cab is a no no...
