OAGH doesn't repay our deposit!

Recently we booked for the second time at Orange Apple Guest House in Upington - we had a family gathering at Pella and Upington was the preferred sleep over spot. A month before our departure the holiday venue at Pella cancelled our booking, which resulted in the family gathering moving to ***amas and us not requiring accommodation in Upington anymore. I phoned, emailed and sms'ed Diana regarding our deposit of R850 that was paid well in advance, and she assured me the deposit will be paid back. After numerous attempts she still hasn't paid back our deposit, and she doesn't care to respond to our messages. If this is the way Orange Apple Guest House does business, we will never support them again.
