Oral B is selling the Oral B Junior electric toothbrush in South Africa without also selling the replacement heads without which, you can't use the toothbrush after three months. This is ********* and *********. I bought two of these brushes six months ago for my two eight year olds and have been searching for replacement heads ever since, When I finally contacted Oral B themselves I was informed that no, there are no replacement heads in South Africa but that I can import it from another country but then obviously have to pay in dollars and pay import tax. Then the operator told me that if I do not want to do this, I must also remember that all Oral B heads fit on all their toothbrushes. The point of buying (and selling!) a specialized product is that it, supposedly, is made SPECIFICALLY for the intended market. In this case the teeth of a child. The operator working at Oral B did not even know that adult brushes are too hard and big for a child's mouth. I have asked my complaint to be escalated and have not heard from them since.
