Terrible experience

<p>I purchased a Oral -B genius 5000 toothbrush electronic for +-R2800 ,eleven months ago , its started giving me problems with the charging it was fully charged then after using it once it would already start flashing red light like its flat , now it just doesn't move the brush or it starts normal then immediately it goes off or very very slow ...., I have complaint to oral b Facebook page where they promised me assistance , customer service would help me .</p> <p>They reply with a email as they don't deal with inquiries or complaints anymore , I should have it returned to the store with box and proff of purchase .i have not got it I have however the bank statement reflecting s purchase @ Discem Klerksdorp , they told me on that case they won't be able to assist me ! Is this really how they deal with customers ? </p>
