Poor quality

I bought a battery operated Oral B toothbrush, these are not cheap, not even a month in the battery died and I took the old battery out and put a new one in only to find now it doesn't want to work at all. such poor quality for such a well known brand, very very sad and disappointing! Will not buy another one or recommend
