Mould growing on toothbrush

<p>My electric toothbrush that u have has a problem there seems to be absolutely thick mould thats growing on the brush i did call your call centre and spoke to Dudu and she want to uplift my toothbrush for testing, so what am supposed to use to brush my teeth as i do not have a spare electric toothbrush could you kindly send me a replacement and then uplift the one that's has the mould growing on it. </p>
