Bad service
We bought a house cash one year ago, in 21 Uniestr, Rustenburg. The alarmsystem belonging to Oracle, is still here, and they were the security furm handling security at this premises. There are a few small things, like 2 Cameras not working, and I think it needs a new battery pack for back up when loadshedding is on. Never in my life, as a businessman and owner of a few companies, have I come across, two reps/technicians, that were really not being sincere with checking the system and ask them for a quote to get our system running again. Then 2 days later, we received a quote BY PHONE!!, of R15 000🙉😡And yet, after fiddling with the system ourselves, where the wires of the Cameras come in,it now works well!!! And to top it all, they told us that the beams in front needs a battery and new beams due to water damage😡😄, and that the complete beam system must be replaced!!! We demand that the CEO , come to us personally and give us a full breakdown of hiw they reached the quote if R15000!!!! Ridiculous bad service! My dearest mom whi passed on 2 yrs ago, taught us 3 main rules in life. Always be humble but stand your ground. Treat all women with utmost respect and your wife like a princess. Thirdly, we are all human and we all make mistakes, so always to admit your mistake and take responsibility for the consequences!
Yesterday, at 2pm, the 2 owners Mr and Mrs Jardim, personally came to us for a meeting. We went through the quote, and our complaint. They explained everything on the quote and how it works. When they mentioned that the power supply needs to be replaced, I was not aware that they actually meant the power supply for the alarm system and not the dvr if the cameras🙈🙊The same applies to the other components they mentioned, and the beeping sound on the camera system is the hard drive in dvr that crashed.
I thought about the owners excellent service and the way they ensure happy clients… and me being blind, I work on my computer everyday, and repair and install programmes for clients. So in my mind I thought that the power supply on the quote was the one of the dvr and camera system🙊
But yesterday Alex and Stefani Jardim, Oracle owners, exppained that the harddrive on dvr did crash and the other components and power supply, was that of the alarm system itself, 🙈This is the reason for this post.. I hereby ask the 2 technicians who were here for the quote and the 2 owners, Mr& Mrs Jardin, to please accept my apology and to forgive me for accusing them of bad service? I did not have all my facts right therefor, I handled this so terrible🙉
I would like to thank the owners for their kindness and absolute professional behaviour handling my situation.?They were so awesome and helpful. This whole misunderstanding ended up by me signing up and paying the first installment already. Thank you mom,?rip, for drilling your rules into our heads from small.?
Now ai am satisfied, and recommend aOracle security with a heart filled with respect !
