Poor service and damages to vehicle
I handed my vehicle over to OR TAMBO VALET PARKING SERVICES while going on a business trip - NEVER AGAN. 1) no one to meet me at the airport and had to wait. 2) upon return, had to wait about 15min for them to return the vehicle 3) stitching on the gear lever damaged and leather cover all lose 4) BLOWN TURBO - the moment I started the car I noticed something wrong, pulled out of parking to leave the airport. Vehicle smoking and no power. 5) after reporting this they are not taking my calls, WhatsApp messages, nor calling me back, not respond on multiple emails sent 6) deep scratches on driver side door 7) poorly washed job, places all over where not washed, silicon shine on plastics missed spots.... And the roof not even touched with wash. 8) POOR POOR POOR EXPERIENCE and SERVICE through this company. Think twice before handing your car to a company showing no respect or care for others goods. PATHETIC. JUNE 2026
