R2000 unbudgeted is too much at least if the max penalty was R200 that would be reasonable. As soon as they put a clamp on your car, they all vanish, leaving you with a hunting mission, bad practice and unreasonable people working at that parking management office and their patrol. they should at-least have people redirecting cars to the designated parking instead of trying to milk people of the money they don't have. what a shame, shame on you ACSA shame on you, I wish one day one of you get the same treatment and see how it feels.
