Parking problem OR Tambo

I prebooked parking on 24 May paid R490 On 28 May I tried to exit without success I dialled help they said my payment did not go through I had to pay R350 again to exit after 45 min delay.I wrote 4 letters of complaint to customer care.They did not reply at all This is really the worst service in the country
