ORTIA parking *****

On Sunday 19 March I picked up my children at ORTIA after a flight from London. My parking fee came to R55 and I inserted a R50 and a R20 which means I should have been given R15 change. When only R1 was refunded I pressed the intercom button and spoke to an agent who apologized and told me to go to an office on the first floor to claim the missing change. As my children had been travelling for 18 hours with a 3-month old baby, I was in no mood to queue for R14. Scandalous, I wonder how many people get ********** in this way?
