Longterm parking at Oliver tambo airport

Longterm parking at Oliver tambo airport. My son struggled to find the parkade entrance to park and had to drive around the airport then he found the entrance at parcade 2, but by accident park at parkade 2 longterm parking because of bad signage. The lady at parking office forced us to pay R540 for less than 2 hours and was not very friendly. Had to pay to get the car out. No help or discount would be given at the parking office just now.
