My sister app**** for Presidential Youth Programme and called for interview in December but not signed contract i assumed her application was not successful, this year they were told that they will be the 1st preference to add on the list of the 2nd intake but her name was on the list, and the person who was doing callings was calling them didn't call her for weekend interviews and **** to me that she said she is in eastern cape and he was lying I'm the one who was supposed to get the call, because they are using my number, so I'm writing for to tell the department that transparency on that was compromised and there's an element of *******ion
