Passport control service at OR Tambourine Int

<p>After a long 9 hour flight the last thing you expect is a long queue at the passport control office.you know how many people to expect flights are always coming in. It's ridiculous that only 3 officers are working in a 16 cubicle area.this is unacceptable service for such a big and busy airport...</p>
