Never Trust your vehicle with OR Tambo Affordable Parking

Between 25 May and 1 June 2025 I left my vehicle with OR Tambo Affordable Parking and sadly when I got back I realised that they had damaged my Rear Bumper. Took a picture and brought the damage to their attention and I was subsequently promised that they would get back to me. A month later after not hearing from them i made a follow which was ignored. Two weeks later I made another follow up and was told that the manager said I must get them a quote otherwise they would fix it. Tried following up again this week and I was obviously ignored. This morning I was sick in a Shareholders meeting when they tried calling me for the first time since the incident, and I unfortunately couldn't pick up the call. However, I responded that I was not available but would call them back soonest via sms and WhatsApp .

Tried calling them immediately I was available with no avail. They once again tried me and I missed that call, in fact they droppedthecallas i was tryingto pock it up. I called them back immediately with no luck. Subsequently sent them a WhatsApp message saying that they must just say whatever they wanted to say on WhatsApp seeing that we kept missing each other.

Once again I was Ignored as Usual.
