Terrible Company!

TERRIBLE company. It is a luxury book company called OPUS, or "This is Opus". They are very expensive. I ordered a luxury book three weeks ago and my order still shows "processing". I sent numerous e-mails to find out about status, used their online contact form, with no response. There is also no number to phone.

Avoid at all costs. It is a major ****!!
