Horrible service !

I ordered hair on 23/09/2021. It took a month and a half for them to tell me they don’t have the hair. I requested a refund and in WhatsApp chats and IG DMs I keep getting told that “my manager will process the refund”. I still don’t have my money and no hair ! Horrible service !
