Disappointed

I recently hired a car from Opulant Advances for a special occasion, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. First and foremost, we did not receive the car we had specifically requested, which was a major letdown.

Additionally, the driver was quite unpleasant and rude, failing to communicate effectively throughout the event. This lack of professionalism contributed to a chaotic situation, and ultimately, the day turned into a total mess.

I expected much more from a service that advertises itself as premium. I would not recommend Opulant Advances Car Hire based on my experience.
