Disappointing Experience at Opulencia Beauty Bar

On October 26th, I visited Opulencia Beauty Bar for brow, lash, and nail services. However, shortly after returning home, my eye began to feel painful, as if something was lodged inside. I experienced difficulty blinking and sensitivity to light.

Worsening Symptoms

The next day, the discomfort intensified, making daily activities challenging. I couldn't:

- Make eye contact with light sources - Use my laptop for extended periods - Watch TV - Keep my eyes open due to heaviness

Unsatisfactory Response

I reported my concerns to Opulencia Beauty Bar, and their response was underwhelming. Paying R650 for lashes that lasted only 4 days is unacceptable, especially considering the discomfort and additional medical expenses I now face.

Warning to Potential Customers

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting Opulencia Beauty Bar. Their handling of customer issues is disappointing, and their services fall short of expectations.
