Optus bait boat support nonexistent and no refunds

Not a pleasant experience with the product or support. Optus bait boat support not very good. New optus bait boat on arrival did not work as shaft was loose and rudder not aligned. Fishfinder was not installed and refund not paid back. No Communication from Nos via various media. I can not recommend the optus bait boat or service from Nos.
