Very poor quality and zero service.

I bought a fairly expensive OPTOMUM SLEEP SYSTEMS MATTRESS, from a retail store. I was told about the 10 year guarantee and lifetime warranty. The mattress was returned 4 times to the factory. The mattress collapsed 8 months ago. I contacted the retail store, who promised to collect it. Never did. I eventually got hold of the factory who promised to collect the mattress in December, Never did. Not a very good quality mattress but fairly expensive. Stay away
