Worst gap cover ever

Optivest worst gap cover ever, when a person takes out a cover they comfortable knowing what they, been with this cover for more than a year, nicely take your money first time applying for procedure that was done in December now do not want to pay anything, what is the use of having gap cover, they use all excuses to not pay then still say procedure not on list. What list ? They dont provide u with a list till you need to use then you find out & still not supply it to you when u ask. Utter madness !!!!
