Well done Optivest and Henry Davids

It is not often that I am impressed by service delivery and support in South Africa, but I was very impressed with the excellent service from Henry Davids at Optivest. He assisted me every step of the way and went the extra mile to ensure I had an excellent customer experience. His communication skills are of high standard and his friendly demeanor made it easy to engage. All documents were received quickly and the response and feedback times exceeded my expectations.
