Understanding and very helpful.
Nelisia was absolutely lovely and helpful. She empathised with the problem I had and helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently. I was very very angry when we started the call due to my experience with Affinity and by the end of the call I knew there were kind and helpful people out there. Thank you Nelisia
