THIS IS *****ING!!!!!!!
Terrible Service, I have been paying a premium as a "Private Client Service" however i don't even get treated like a normal client. I have sent numerous emails and tried contacting the Private Clients Department telephonically. I just get transferred and the line cuts. This company is a joke its as it this circus is just open to generate revenue from customers but provide no service. We sign contracts with SLA's however they do not follow anything stipulated on what they promise to provide. THIS IS *****ING!!!!!!!

On Friday I received a call and was informed that a manager will contact me, I have still not received a call back from your company, my debit order ran off as normal.
If I do not get a call from a manager by COB today with a resolution.
I WILL CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER, HAVE THE BANK REVERSE THE FUNDS, I WILL CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN TO LAY A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU AND THEN SUE FOR AN MEDICAL CLAIMS FRIM THIS DAY FORTH ( 03.04.2023)
