My recent complaint on Optivest has been resolved.I must send appreciation for the professional manner in which Teresa Sullivan handled the matter. Their written apology was accepted by me . I have also decided to keep them on as my representives and hopeful mynasty experience is left behind. Thankyou Teresa, I have been in touch with Caroline Olivier already and all seems ok thus far
