Terrible service!

I have had enough of the pathetic service provided by this company! They don't respond to emails or acknowledge receipt of claims or answer calls to their official contact number. When I did get through previously, I had to deal with an off-hand and arrogant individual who had no idea how to deal with a customer in a courteous and polite manner.
