Terrible company

Absolutely no service whatsoever. I have yet to be able to speak to a consultant. I've emailed, left messages, for 2 months. The consultant supposedly dealing with my account , Alessia, obviously has no clue. What is their actual purpose? Whenever I have a query regarding my medical aid I speak directly to the medical aid. Optivest have now start double debiting my account for their "services" and I can't speak to anyone to sort it out. I would stay well clear of this ***** company.
