Providing false information

They have friendly assistance but when it comes to explaining they lack the ability to thoroughly lay out the details.

In september I signed up for a medical aid through optivest. They gave me a monthly installment that I could afford but failed to mention that it was salary based. So due to an email I received FROM THE MEDICAL AID ITSELF i realised that my payment is going to double because I got a salary increase.

I then change the option with friendly assistance once again. They give me a quotation of how much I am going to pay and give me an option that I agree with. This month was the first deduction, they deducted over 1000 more than they were supposed to at the medical aid. I queried with optivest and they have been ignoring my emails for 2 days.

They are supposed to be helping me in terms of medical aid, but they have offered no help they only complicated things more. I will go to the medical aid myself and refuse to use optivest ever again.
