Pitiful
Wish I didn't have to click on a STAR!? Stars represent an award, OPTIVEST is in no place to receive any STAR!??? Beyond pathetic, pitiful actually! To mention Nicolene Spies, did ALL the steps to achieve her sale so beautifully but absolutely no accountability for inaccurate scheme benefits offered. You turn to the Sales manager Zelda Kockott and she quickly passes the buck and now I wait. The worst encounters I have ever had to experience.
