Pathetic and Cold Service received
Very bad service, I have since app**** for Medshield medical membership a month ago yet no progress being advised. I have no medical aid as I had to terminate my discovery membership in order to move on to Medshield Health.Ive been assisted by an agent called Noxolo Mali who just vanished after providing me with all the misinformation.
