It was a sheer pleasure from start to finish. I compared medical aid company offerings online before I got off the page someone called from Optivest and said she was going to hand me over to a consultant. She came on, introduced herself audibly and pleasantly as Bulelwa Tabata. She explained and I thought wow okay I am in for a great deal. She did not ask me irritating questions, at the end I was knowledgeable enough to make a decision, I did. She sent me all the details the minutes we concluded the call.
